I am a young wife and mother...I have the most handsome, caring husband in the world, and the most gorgeous baby ever created!  (She is 7 months old and just started pulling up on the furniture; talk about growing up too fast!)  I teach language arts to 8th graders, which means I spend the better part of my day trying to get thirteen-year-olds to love reading and writing as much as I do.  I'm a member of a local book club, and I love being able to get all my books free from PBS and sharing those I really love with others.  It's my dream to open up a used book shop one day, when I retire. (I know, I know, it's a long way away!)  I'm a Christian, a conservative, and a Southern lady.  I love historical fiction, and basically any book my friends tell me I would enjoy.
